London Gentleman the Prosecutor in this Cause maketh Oath that
Francis Quates and James Haynes< no role > are very material Witnesses
for his this Deponent upon the Trial of the Indictment against
the said Defendants and that the said Francis Quates< no role > and
James Haynes< no role > went early this Morning into the County (but
to what Place or Places this Depont. cannot find out) [..]
about some particular Business as this Depont. is informed
and which he believes to be true and this Depont. further saith
that he cannot safely (as he is advised and believes) proceed to
try the said Defendants or any of them without the Testimony
of the said Francis Quates< no role > and James Haynes< no role > and that he
will be able to have the said Francis Quates< no role > and James
Haynes
< no role > at the next Sessions to be held for the County of Middx
to give Evidence agt. the said Defendants
