That your Petitioner hath since had sevl. advantagemt
Offers and Proposals made to him in the Way of your Petitioner said
Trade and Business as well tending to the advantage and promotion of
your petitioner as also to the better enabling him to attain further
knowledge and Experience in his said Trade But your Petitioner is
advised That he cannot safely enter into any Treaty with or contract for
the serving of any other Person in that Trade or engage in any branch of
Business whatsoever Untill either that Part of your Petitioner Indres
whichisin the Custody or power of the said Walter Tyrell< no role > is delivered
up to your Petitioner Or that your Petitioner is discharged from his
said Apprenticeship by the Order of your Worships

That your Petitioner hath frequently endeavoured
to find out the place of above of the said Walter Tyrell< no role > in order to sollicit
him personally for his Compliance in delivering up your Petitioners
Indenture of Apprenticeship or otherwise to relieve your Petitioner
But Your Petitioner Attempts in that particular have proved fruitless
and vain Whereupon Your Petitioner was under the necessity of
making his request and remonstrances to him by Letters communicated
to him through means of his Relations But the said Walter Tyrrell
absolute declines to afford your Petitioner any sort of Relief Altho
he hath discharged Your Petitioner's fellow Apprentice Mr. George
Young
< no role > who was of equal standing in point of time of Service with
Your Petitioner And hath delivered up to him His Indenture of Apprents.
without any Trouble And notwith standing the said Walter Tyrrell< no role > is
become Insolvent and unable to carry on his Trade and to perform his
Covenants and Engagements for instructing Your Petitioner therein And
for supporting and maintaining your Petitioner agreeably to the true
Intent and Meaning of the said Indenture of Apprenticeship

Wherefore Your Petitioner apprehends himself
to be greatly aggrieved and injured And that your Petitioner hath
just Cause of Complaint against the said Walter Tyrrell< no role >

Your Petitioner therefore most
humbly prays Your Worships
That you will be pleased to take the
Premises unto Your tender Consideration
and appoint a short Day for the
