Rogue and Vagabond apprehended by Duglis Dryer< no role > One of
the Constables of the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields
in the County & Liberty [..] aforesaid
and brought before me one
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County and
Liberty aforesaid.And taken before
Me this Eleventh Day of February

in the Year of our Lord 1760.

This Examinant on her Oath says That
she is 23 Years of Age That she is the Wife of Edward
Nutt
< no role > (gone from her) to whom she was Married at
Guilford in the County of Surry three Years ago That
he was before his Intermarriage a Yearly hired
Servant toStorer Esqr. in the Parish of
the Holy Trinity in the Town of Guilford in
the County of Surry for the Space of Three Years at
the Yearly Wages of 40s Diet and Lodging quitted the
Same three Years ago That he hath not done any Act to
gain Subsequent Settlement
