To the Constable , Headborough Tythingman,and other Officer
of the Peace of the Parish of St. Martin in
the Fields in the of Liberty and County aforesaid

[..] to receive and convey.
And to the Church-wardens, Chapel-wardens, or Overseer
of the Poor of the Parish, Place or Precinct of the Holy Trinity
in the Town of Guilford in of the County of Surry
or either of them to receive and obey.

WHEREAS Ann Nutt Wife of Edward Nutt< no role > (gone from
her was
apprehended in the said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields
as a Rogue and Vagabond, (videlicet) Wandering and Lodging in the
open Air contrary to the Statute in the Case made and
Provided
and upon Examination of the said Ann Nutt< no role >
taken before Me upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that the last legal Place
of Settlement of the said Ann Nutt< no role > is in the Parish of
the Holy Trinity in the Town of Guilford in
the County of Surry aforesaid

These are therefore to require you the said Constable or other Officer to
convey the said Ann Nutt< no role >
to the Parish of St. Mary at Lambeth in the County of Surry that being the first
she is in the next Precinct through which she ought to pass in the
direct Way to the said Parish of the Holy Trinity to which
she is to be sent and to deliver her to the Constable or
other Officer of such Parish in such next Precinct, together with this
Pass, and the Duplicate of the Examination of the said Ann Nutt
taking his Receipt for the same. And the said Ann Nutt< no role >
to be thence carried on in like Manner to
the said Parish of the Holy Trinity
there to be delivered to some Church-warden, Chapel-warden, or Overseer
of the Poor of the same Parish
to be there provided for according to Law. And you the said Church-
warden, Chapel-warden, or Overseer of the Poor, are hereby required to
receive the said Person and provide for her as aforesaid. Given under
my Hand and Seal this Eleventh Day of February
in the Year of our Lord 17 60
