THE Examination of Jane Gossett< no role > Spinster

Rogue and Vagabond apprehended by Richard
Weeke
< no role > Constable in the City of West-
minster, and brought before Me one of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the City of Westminster a-
foresaid. And taken upon Oath this 20th
Day of December in the Year of our Lord 17 58

This Examinant on h er Oath says, That she lived a fearly
lived Servant for the space of one whole Year with
St. George Bellace in the Parish of St. Peter's in
Truse in the County of Cornwall , for which she used
the Yearly Wages of 40s, and quitted the said Service
about 3½ Years ago, and has never since been a
Yearly hired Servant nor a House keeper , And this
Deponant lastly saith that she never was Mariner
