To the Right Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex at their General Sessions of the Peace
Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of William White< no role > and Thomas
Simple
< no role > in Church Wardens And Thomas Smith< no role > and Henry Alder< no role >
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea in the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order of Removal under the Hands and Seals of two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster in the
County of Middlesex aforesaid (One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the
Eleventh Day of November last Ann Williamson< no role > was Removed from the Parish
of Saint Margaret in the City of Westminster to the said Parish of Chelsea Adjudging
the last Legal Settlement of the said Ann Williamson< no role > to be in the said Parish of
Chelsea

That Your Petitioners Conceiving themselves to be greatly Aggreived by
the said Order and determination of the said two Justices do humbly Appeal therefrom

Your Petitioners Therefore do Pray that the benefit of the said
Appeal may be Saved them and that the Hearing and Determining
thereof may be Adjourned Untill the next General Quarter Session
of the Peace to be holden for the said County And that the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Margaret Westminster And all Partys Concerned May Attend the
Court of the said next General Quarter Session of the Peace to
hear and Abide the Judgment and Determination of the same Court
touching the said Appeal.

And Your Petitioners shall Pray Etc
