for the prosecutor in this Cause Maketh Oath
that he was present and did see the severall persons named as
Releases in the Deed pole hereunto annexed (purporting to be
a Generall Release and dated the first day of December
1758) well and duly sign seal and as their let and deed
respectively Deliver the said Deed pole or Generall Release
hereunto Annexed And that the severall names subscribed to
the said Deed pole as Releases and the seats affixed against
the same respectively are of the respective hands writing and
sealing of the prosecutor in the above Cause And this
Deponent further Saith that the names Gregor Carreron
subscribed as a witness to the Execution of the said Deed
pole by ale the said Releases are of the proper hand
writing of this deponent
