Middlesex


At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King hold at Hicks Hall in St. John
Street in the County aforesaid by Adjournment on Tuesday the
twenty fourth day of October in the thirty Second Year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of great Britain Etc before George Errington< no role > Francis
Bedwell
< no role > Bartholomew Hammond< no role > [..] Saunders Welch< no role > Esquire 's
and others their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King
Assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid and also
to hear and determine diverse Felonies Trespasses and other
[..] Misdeeds Committed in the same County.

Whereas the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Wimbleton in the County of Surry have Exhibited
their humble Petition and Appeal unto this Court Setting forth
that by an Order under the hands and Seals of George Wright< no role >
and Richard Manley< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster (one of the
Quorum) bearing date the third day of October one Thousand
Seven Hundred and fifty Eight Mary Winter< no role > widow was remove
from the Parish of Saint Margaret in the City of Westminster
to the said Parish of Wimbleton as the place of her last
legal Settlement whereby the Petitioners think themselves
Aggreived and appeal to this Court against the same
Whereupon at the Request of the Petitioners It is Ordered
by this Court that the benefit of the said Appeal be Saved
unto them And that the hearing and determining thereof be
and the same is hereby Adjourned untill the next General
Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County of
Middlesex And that the Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Saint Margaret (upon Notice of the
Order) and all Persons concerned do Attend the Court of the
said next General Session of the Peace to be holden for the said
County of Middlesex by Adjournment on Tuesday the fifth
day of December next at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon
to hear and Abide the Judgment and determination of the
same Court touching the said Appeal.
