To the Right Worshipful his Majesties Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their
General Quarter Session Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Ealing alias Zealing in the County of Middlesex [..]

Sheweth.


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under [..]
and Seals of John Machin< no role > and Thomas Rea< no role > Esquires two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (one
being of the Quorum) bearing date the Sixteenth day of this Instant
October Ann Newby< no role > the Widow of John Newby< no role >
late of the Parish of Kensington in the said County
of Middlesex Labourer Deceased was removed from the
Parish of Kensington in the County of Middlesex unto the said
Parish of Ealing alis Zealing in the said County of Middlesex
Alledging the said Parish of Ealing als Zealing to be the Place of
her last legal Settlement.

That your Petitioners conceiving themselves
Aggrieved by the said Warrant or Order of the said
two Justices Do therefore Appeal to Your Worships
therefrom And humbly pray that you Will be
pleased to hear them in the Premisses And order
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the said Parish of Kensington in the County
of Middlesex amy appear before [..]
day to be appointed to hear and Abide the Judgmt.
and Determination of Your Worships touching the
Appeal
