The Bearer William Gee< no role > is the Porter
of this Hospital whom the Committee have
recommended to you to have him Sworn in
a Constable in order that he may be
qualified to apprehend any loose disorderly
Persons and Vagrants that may he found
in the Fields, and Streets, adjacent to this
Hospital I am with Respect
