To Mr. John Barnes< no role > High or Chief
Constable for the City & Liberty of Westmr .

Whereas Mary Tyler< no role > a Rogue & Vagabond was
found wandering abroad & begging in the Parish of St.
George Hanover Square in the said Liberty not having
a Legal Settlement there, And Whereas the said
Mary Tyler< no role > was brought before me one of his Majestys
Justices of the peace for the City & Liberty aforesaid (by
John Williams< no role > ) in order to be dealt with according to
Law,

These are therefore to require you
the said High Constable to pay unto the said John
Williams
< no role > for apprehending the said Vagrant the Sum
of Ten Shillings pursuant to thesaidStatute in the case
made & provided, Given under my Hand & Seal
this 29th: day of October 1757.
