of Edmonton
Hundred in this County
Humbly Sheweth
That your Petitioner being by this
Court Elected one of the High Constables
for the Hundred
of Edmonton
in this County did an Notice thereof Take his
Oath for the Executing the same and hath According to the
best of his Cunning and Understanding faith full Executed
the sd Office for the Space of Two years & upwards which is
a longer time than many of your Petitioner's Predeussors
have Continued in that office. That your Petitioner hath
no Public Money in his Hands And the Continuing in the
sd office being very Inconvenient and Prejudicial to your
Petitioner in the Transactions of his Business. Your
Petitioner Therefore humbly desires to be discharged
from the sd Office and That one of the persons hereunder
Mentioned may be Appointed in his stead and Place. And
Your Petitioner as in duty bound
