maketh Oath and Saith that the said John Brooke< no role >
is not now in England to her knowledge or belief but as she
verily believes is in some part of North America as Deputy
Chaplain to one of his Majesty's Regiments there, She
this Deponent having received a Letter from the said John
Brooke< no role > by the last Mail from New York bearing date
the twenty ninth day of January now last past
