WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto us, two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum) by the Church-
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Giles in the Fields in the said County, That
Johanna Eastwood< no role > wife of John Eastwood< no role >
(now in Newgate for Debt.) is
lately come into the said Parish endeavouring to settle
there, contrary to Law. And it appeareth unto us the
said Justices, and we do adjudge that she is likely
to become chargeable to the said Parish; and upon Exami-
nation of the said Johanna Eastwood< no role >
taken upon Oath, it further appeareth unto us,
and we do likewise adjudge, that the parish of Saint
Ann Westminster in the said County
is the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said John Eastwood< no role > & his said
wife
These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to Charge and
Command the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St. Giles in the Fields
forthwith to remove and convey the said Johanna
Eastwood

from the said Parish of
St. Giles in the Fields to the said
Parish of St. Ann Westminster and deli-
ver her to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the
Poor there, or to some or one of them, who are hereby re-
required to provide for her according to Law. Given under
our Hands and Seals the 10th. Day of Novemr 17 57.

To the Church-wardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the respective Parishes of
St. Giles in the Fields
in the County of Middlesex ,
and St. Ann Westminster in the sd.
County
and to all other Officers whom it may
concern.
