Parish of Paddington

That by Virtue of an Order or pass warrant

for the City and Liberty of Westminster
in the said County
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 14th. day

aged about Six Years were removed and
Conveyed from the Parish of Saint James Westminster
to the said Parish of Paddington
as the place of their
last Legall Settlement
