Your Committee met the Third & Seventeenth day of March
1757. to Consider of the Several Matters referred to us by the
County paper of last Sessions And first into Mr: Higgs the
Treasurer Security And we Report that Mr: Higgs with Mr.
John Smart< no role > and Mr: Richard Filewood< no role > Entered into a Bond
Dated the Second day of January 1753 Mr: Higgs in the
penalty of £500. and Mr: Smart and Mr: Filewood in £250
for the Answering all Sum and Sums of Monie that he
Shall receive on the Publick Account which we are of Opinion
is a good Security.

And Secondly into the growing Charge of Passing and
releiving of Vagrants which is now become a great Charge
to this County We do Report as in the paper Annexed

And Thirdly of Sumoning Grand Juries And do Report
Also as in the paper Annexed.
