Of the Year of this County to find Sufficient Sureties for his or their Personal
Appearance at the next Sessions of the peace to be held for this County
then and there to Answer the premisses and further to be proceeded
against as to Justice shall Appertain And that said Constable
do then Cause Indictmts. to be preferred agt. every person who shall
Offend in the Premises And it is further Ordered by this Court that the
said Constables do in person give Notice to the Inhabitants of St.
John Street aforesaid that during the time of the Sessions of peace
there there near the Sessions House any dirt soil or Tilth And that
they do before the beginning of every Sessions cause the Streets
before their doors Houses or Shops to be paved &Clean &Swept and
the Soil and Dirt to be laid upon a heap by it self where by it
may be readyly Carried away by the Raiker & the Scavangers
and Raikers of that Liberty
