At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of
Middx at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid by adjournment on Thursday the
twenty third day of October in the twenty ninth Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
second King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County do pay unto
Mr. John Daniel< no role > Deputy Cryer of this Court the Sum of Four Pounds three shillings and
six pence allowed to him by this Court for his trouble and Pains in (Posting up in divers
Places in this County a great many Printed Copys of the Orders of Sessions made for the
Suppressing of unlawfull Fairs and Disorders in Moorfields and for delivering the
Freeholders Warrants to the several High Constables in the said County And that
the Receipt of the said John Daniell together with this Order shall be a sufficient
Discharge to the said Treasurer for such Payment.

Reced Decr 6th 1755 of the sd Mr Higgs the above Sum
of Four pounds three Shillings & Six pence pursuant to the
above Order by me
