in the County aforesaid by adjournment
on Thursday the fourth day of December in the twenty ninth Year of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the second King of Great Britain Etc.
An Account of moneys claimed to be due to Mr. John Lane< no role >
as Clerk
to the Justices
of the Peace appointed to take Care of the Distempered Cattle in this County being laid
before this Court amounting to the Sum of Thirty three Pounds nineteen shillings and
three Pence which he Prays may be Paid unto being And it appearing unto this Court that
the said Account is just and right It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. John
Higgs< no role >
Treasurer
of this County do pay the said Sum of Thirty three pounds
nineteen shillings and three pence unto the said Mr. Lane in full of his said Demand
whose Receipt together with this Order shall be a sufficient Discharge to the said
Treasurer
for such payment.
