You the said High Constable are by Virtue of the said Act of Parliament, and of the aforesaid Order of Session required on
or before the First Day of [..] December now next ensuing, to demand in Writing each Sum of Money above
specified, rated and assessed in the aforesaid Rate upon each Town, Parish, and Place above particularly mentioned, within your
Division or District of the Church-wardens or Overseers of the Poor, of the same Town, Parish, or Place, or any of them, who
are by the said Order of Sessions required out of the Money collected, or to be collected for the Relief of the Poor of such Parish
or Place, to pay such Sum of Money so rated and assessed thereupon, as is above specified to you the said High Constable within the
Space of Thirty Day after Demand thereof so made in Writing, and you the said High Constable are by Virtue of the said Act of
Parliament, and by the said Order required, at or before the next General or Quarter Session of the Peace for the said County;
after you shall have received such Sum or Sums of Money, to pay the same into the Hands of Mr. John Higgs< no role > residing in
Southampton Buildings in the said County, whom the said Court hath appointed to be Treasurer and Receiver of the
Money collected and levyed, or to be collected and levyed by Virtue of the said Rate; and in Case such Church-wardens and
Overseers of the Poor, or any of them, shall neglect or refuse to pay any the Sum or Sums of Money above specified, and assessed
in the said Rate, within Thirty Days after Demand made as aforesaid; you the said High Constable , are by the said Act of
Parliament impowered and you are required to levy the same by Distress and Sale of the Goods and Chattles of such Church
wardens or Overseers; or any of them so refusing or neglecting to pay the same as aforesaid, by Warrant under the Hands and
Seals of two or more Justices of the Peace of the said County, residing in or near such Parish or Place, rendring the Overplus,
if any there shall be, after deducting the Money assessed, and the Charges of the Distress and Sale, to the Owner or Owners there
of: And you the said High Constable are not to fail of performing the Matters and Things above mentioned, enjoined you by
the said Act of Parliament and the aforesaid Order of Session under the Penalties contained in the said Act, Dated the 25th. Day of October
[..] April January December in the Year of our Lord, One Thousand Seven Hundred and fifty [..] five
