the prosecution of John Stock< no role > dale
for an Assault

Henry Stokebury< no role > of Spring Gardens in the Parish of
Saint Martin in the fields in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman maketh Oath, that he is out of the Bail
for the above Defendant Pheonix Atkins< no role > for his personal
Appearance at the past Quarter Sessions of the peace
to be held at the Court house for the City and
Liberty of Westminster and this Deponent further
saith that the above Defendant Pheonix Atkins< no role >
about two Months ago was Ordered to go on
Board one of his Majestys ship called the Tilbury
Man of War as Surgeons make then lying at
Portsmouth and [..] this Deponent saith That
the said Tilbury Man of war as this Deponent
has been Informed and very believes to be true
is now at Spithead and that the said Defendant
is on board the said Ship and also has received
from the said Defendt. a Letter when he was
at Portsmouth [..] purporting that if he coud
get Leave to Come to Town woud try the above Cause
