Commissioners of the Victualling Office , Maketh
Oath and Saith, That the Defendant in one of the
Men Servants belonging to her said Messes, and
that the said Defendant is now in Ireland with
his said Master upon the Government's Account
by means whereof he the said Defendant can not
possibly attend this Session to Answer to this
Indictment but that the said Defendant is expected
in Town before and at the Next Sessions here held to Answer
to all and Singular the Premisses aforesaid
