Sheweth
That your Petitioner being informed that the place of Cryer
and Housekeeper at Hicks's Hall
in St: John's Street in the said
County of Middlesex
is in the Disposal of your Worships at
your will and pleasure.
And also being informed that Mrs. Susannah Northcote< no role >
the
last appointed Cryer and Housekeeper at Hicks's Hall
aforesaid
has lately intermarried with one Mr. Robert Strete< no role >
whereby the said
place (at your Worship's pleasure may become vacant
Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays
your Worships that if the said place shall
become vacant upon that or any other Account
That your Worships will be pleased to appoint
your Petitioner to be Cryer and House keeper
(in stead of the said Mrs. Northcote) who will
carefully and diligently execute the said
office of Cryer and Housekeeper And as
in Duty bound shall ever pray for your
Worships
