& unbasp'd. That he heard Tumey say to Brown what
have gon done but did not hear Brown's Aaper. That he

with him. That he went the next Day to see the Deced &
hearing he was Bursten saw his private parts & thought
them sound but swell'd abt. the Pition of the Belly.That

John Harold< no role > (Aged 17) a Worker in the Ropewalk
hath work'd in the Ropewalk abt. 3 Mo. That on Tuesday
last he was Parriay in the Yard of the Yarn & saw the Deced
& Williams come in is send for a Pott of Beer & that they
& Roberts drank it & afterwards went into the Left &
the Witness follow'd them & more Beer was sent for &
Roberts fetch'd it. That when the Beer was drinking Tumey
came down the Walk & ask'd what Noise was in the Left
& said Osgood & Williams shd. not be at there. That
Roberts ask'd if they might Drink with their Friend. &
Tumey saying that was not a proper place to Drink in
& Mr. Browne hearing it said he wd. make them come
down & in going up his Fact Slipt by rcon of his taking
hold of One of the Doors That he got up again & went into
the Left & went to the Deced & game him a show abt.
the Breast & the Deced being in Liquor fell down on
the Floor. That then he Gave Williams a showe but he
did not fall as he say That Osgood getting of Brown gave him
