have hold of the Deced , Aron who was Sitting upon his
Backside. That Mr. King Chd him being called by
the Overseer. That he went away directly & saw to
more. That he went the next day abt. 4 in the afternoon
to see the Deced but he was Dead. That the witness &
the Deced were Chren together and that when he came to
see him he was hearty & well & complain'd to hear of an
Business or other Ailment. That he was much given to
Liquor & when he & Williams came to see him the
Deced was much Cutt. That when Brown gave the
Deced the Post the Deced was abt. 5 or 6 Fleet from
the Door & he fill outoutof the Left by the Violence of
the Store. That Brown after the Deced had fallen from
Left came up to Williams & took him told of his Aron
& said he wou'd Serve him the same way & shou'd him
down upon the floor That William get up & lamp'd
out of the Left

James Spagg< no role > of Limehouse Surgeon . That on Tuesday
last. post 4 afternoon he was a fired to look upon a
Person that had humbled out of Mr. Goslars Loft. That
on the View of the Body he found him laying on his
back on some Bundles of Henry Seeing the Apprance
of Blood he was told a Person in the walk had bled
him. That the Deced seem'd much in Liquor & he
apear'd his Cloaths & Exaiad if he had any Injury upon
his Nody & Limbs. That he Ordd. he on Home & if they
wd let him know in the Morning how he did he would
come & see him That the next Morning abt. 10 he
visited the Deced & found him in a very Complaining
Condition & the Appearance of his not Recovering that
