At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County
of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street [..]
Streetin the County aforesaid by adjournment on Friday the Fourth day of July in the twenty Ninth Year
of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain Etc. before Thomas
Lane< no role > George Errington< no role > Merry Teshmaker< no role > George Greene< no role > Esquires and others their Fellows Justices
of our said Lord the King assigned to Keep the Peace in the County aforesaid and also to hear and
determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other Misdeeds committed in the same County.

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Ealing in the County of
Middx have Exhibited their humble Petition and Appeal unto this Court Setting forth That by Virtue of
an Order under the Hands and Seals of Js Neeld< no role > and Thomas Mogg< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster (one being of the Quorum) bearing
date the twentieth day of June last Kesia Weller< no role > Singlewoman was removed from the Parish
of St. Margaret in the Liberty of Westminster aforesaid to the said Parish of Ealing as the
Place oftheirher last legal Settlement And that the Petitioners think themselves aggrieved
by the said Order and appeal against the same Whereupon at the request of the Petitioners
It is Ordered by this Court that the Benefit of the said Appeal be saved unto them and that
the hearing and determining thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned untill the next
General Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County And that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Margaret upon Notice of this Order and all Persons concerned do
attend the Court of the said next General Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County by
adjournment on Thursday the eleventh day of September next at ten of the Clock in the
Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination of the same Court touching
the said Appeal
