At the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County of Middlesex by adjournment at Hicks Hall
in St. John Street in the County aforesaid on Tuesday the first day of
July in the Twenty ninth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court That the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields
in this County have Notice of this Petition & appeal and
that they & all persons concerned do attend this Court on
Fridaynext at ten of the Clock in the forenoon
to hear and abide the Judgement and determination
of the same Court touching the said Appeal
