To the Worshipful his Majesty's his Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex at their General Quarter Session
of the peace held in and for the said County Assembled
The humble petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Mary White
Chapel in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth


That by a pass or Order of Removal under the hands and Seals
of Thomas Bennet< no role > and Richard Manley< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majestys
Justices of the peace for the said County of Middlesex and City and
Liberty of Westminster (Where of one is of the Quorum) bearing date
the twenty third Day of May 1755 Sarah Matts< no role > & her two Children
vizt. Sarah< no role > Aged upwards of five years and half and John< no role > Aged
upwards of three years were Removed from the Parish of St
Margaret in the said City of Westminster to the said Parish of S [..]
Mary White Chapel as the Place of their last legal Settlement
By which said pass or Order of the said two Justices Your
petitioners & Appellants apprehend themselves Aggrieved and do
Appeal to this Court against the Same

Your Petitioners & Appellants therefore humbly pray that
this Court will appoint a Day this present Session for
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said par [..]
of St. Margaret and all persons concerned to Attend this [..]
Court to hear and abide the Judgement and Determina [..]
of this Court touching the said Appeal And that Your Petrs.
Appellants may be Relieved in the Premisses as this Court [..]
