Timothy Drew< no role > the Defendant in this Cause maketh Oath That
William Corson< no role > and John Wilson< no role > are both Material & Witnesses for this
Deponent in this Cause and without whose Testimony this Deponent
cannot safely proceed to the Tryal of this Cause And this Deponent
further saith that he hath been informed that the said William
Corson
< no role > and John Wilson< no role > the beginning of last week went into
Lincolnshire and that they would not return till about the
Middle of next month which Information this Deponent
beleives to be true and that the said William Corson< no role > and John
Wilson
< no role > will return to London about that time as this Deponent
verily beleives.

22d. Octr. 1754 in Open Court.
