Take notice that I Peter Trent< no role > will appear at the Quarter Sessions
of the peace to be held at the Town Court house Westminster in and for the City and
Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex on theSeven [..] teenth Day of
October instant at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon of the same Day & will
then & there plead not Guilty to the Indictment Prferred by you agt. me for an Assault
and at the Sametotime & place I shall try my Traverse to the said Indictment
Dated the 3d. Day of October 1754
