a Moidore and that he this Deponent gave his Testimony before

and bound
the said Price over to Prosecute and him this Deponent to give Evidence against
the said Awberry at the then Ensuing Sessions for the said Felony And this
Deponent further saith that accordingly an Indictment was Preferred and found against
the said Awberry for the said Offence and
anthereupon he the said

Old Bailey
with intent to Prosecute said Awberry but on the 30th. day of the said
Month of May
between the Hours of Twelve and One o'Clock at Noon the said
Price the Prosecutor having Occasion to go out of the Hall for about half an Hour

that the said Burnett misled them on Purpose that the said

be acquitted because the said Tryal (as this Deponent
