The Information of Wm: Bailey< no role > Servant to Lord
Carysfort taken before me this 1st. April 1754.

Who being upon Oath Says that on Wednesday Night last Between the
Hours of Eleven and Twelve o'Clock as he was riding behind Lord
Carysfort's Coach the lower End of Berkley Square a person now
present who calls himself John Parry< no role > came up to this Informant on
Horse Back, and said Damn you, putt your Flambean out this Instant
or I will blow your Brains out, and afterwards went up to the
Coachman and presented a Pistol at him and ordered him to Stop
after which the said Parry went to the Coach Door, and cry'd Gentlemen
your Money, your Money, at the same time holding his Pistol in his
hand and said I am disperate and my Case is desperate upon which
Lord Carysfort and Captain Proby delivered their Purses,
