taken this Account from the Deced ye sd Mr Meers
asked him over again to some of the Facts-
& ye Deceased still gave ye same Acct & said he-
wd sign the Account but could not & this Examt.
saith that ye bove Acct agree with what was to
taken down in writing from ye Month of ye Deced
Except at to ye MillsExpressed & Deceased'ssaying after
he had stabbed ye Deceased how Damn you I have
done for you we was omitted to be taken down
with ye rest by Over sight.
