says that he was sent for on Monday last between
to & 11 of the Clock in the Evening together with
one Mr Williams of the Minorys & Mr Hobbs of the
New Square
in ye Minorys

Trinity Minorys
to attend the Deceased; when he-
came he found him by lying upon a Table in the
Kitchen with a Considerable quantity of his Bowells
out of his Belly on the night side-on examining
the bowells more particularly he found them to be
a portion of that Intestine called the Intestin [..] Himen
with four Wounds upon it penetrating Thro its Coats
into its Cavity, each abt a quarter of an Inch in
Length; this portion of bowells had passed thro a
wound of the Abdomen abt one InchLength or
rather less seituated near the Middle of the Regis
Hiath of the right side, this Wound was small
in proportion to ye quantity, of the Intestine passed
Thro it so yt ye Bowell was by that means Compressed
& as it were strangulated; having by the Assistance of
Mr Williams & Mr Hobbs stitched up the wounds of
the Intestine & dilated the External wound thro wc
