The matter of the said Complaint and received the following Answer
from the Lord Mayor That being Informed of our designed Visit
and the Intent of it he had discoursed severall of his Brethren
the Aldermen about it That it was Agreed Orders should be
given to the Door Keepers and other Servants of the Court to
Admit the Justices of the Peace into the Court and on the East
side of the Bench without any Delay or Obstruction That he
should the first day of next Sessions himself give such Express
Orders and that it was the Desire and design of the Court of
Old Baily to treat the Justices of Peace for Middlesex with
all due Regard and respect That they hoped this would be
Sufficient to Satisfy the Gentlemen without Entring into the
Question Claim or Right
