At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of
Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid by adjournment on Friday the twenty
sixth day of April in the twenty seventh year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second King
of Great Britain Etc before Thomas Lane< no role > George Errington< no role > Boulton Mainwaring< no role > Thomas Jervis< no role > Esquires
and others their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to Keep the Peace in the County
aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers Folonies Trespasses and other Misdeeds committed in
the same County.

Upon hearing of the Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Egham in the County of Surry against an Order under the hands and Seals of John Derbyshire
Birkhead< no role > and Samuel Tufnell< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middx (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty first day of
March last whereby Judith Webber< no role > Widow was removed from the Parish of Twickenham
in the said County of Middx to the said Parish of Egham as the place of her last legal
Settlement And upon hearing of what was alledged by Mr. Mr. Pheadris of Council for
the Churchwarderns and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Twickenham and also
by Mr. Serjeant Hayward of Council for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Egham This Court doth disallow of the said Appeal and doth ratify and
confirm the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the Peace and the same is hereby
ratified and confirmed accordingly.
