aforesaid as the Place of the last legal Settlement
of the said Sarah Pavitt and her two Children And upon hearing of what was alledged by
Mr. Serjeant Hayward of Council for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields This Court by Consent of Mr. Lane of Council
for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Much Baddow
doth disallow of the said Appeal and doth ratify and confirm the aforesaid Pass
Warrant or Order of the said two Justices of the Peace And the same is hereby
retified and confirmed accordingly.
