Street in & for the County of Middlesex by Adjournment
of Tuesday the 23d. day of Aprill in the Twenty Seventh
year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second
King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the within named Robert
Noyes< no role > have Notice of this Petition and that he & all Parties Concerned
do Attend this Court on Thursday next at ten of the Clock in the fore
as on to hear & Abide the Judgment & Determination of this
