me this 26th. January 1754.

Who being upon Oath Says that he is an Apprentice to one Robt Royes< no role >
a Carver in Woods Close , And says that about three Weeks agoe
he was present when his said Master feloniously took and Carryed
away from a Scaffold which was then Standing against Doctor Batty's
House, two Deal Boards, the property of a Person Unknown
