and what passed touching Mr Robert Wright< no role >
the Coroners taking mony, of Gilbert Lawrence< no role >
the father before his interment

This Examinanton his oath saith
that on or about the 30th day of September Last
an Attray happened at the sign of the black
horse in the parish of Ruislip ; were an [..]
unfortunate blow was Given by one John
Bugberd
< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. to one Gilbert Lawrence< no role > the younger,
which slow I beleive Killed the saith Gilbert
Lawrence; the next day being sunday, Gilbert
Lawrence the father of the deceased, attended
Mr Ashby a neighbouring Justice who granted
a warrant for the apprehending the said
John Bugberd< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. and further gave Gilbert Lawrance
instructions to attend of Mr Wright the Coroner
to acquaint him [..] with the Accident
and take the Coroners directions; whom he
supposed would do every thing as the Law
directed in the affair, that he the said Ex-
-aminant did go on the sunday with Gilbert
Lawrence the father of the deceased to London,
and found Mr Wright the Coroner in the
fleet prison; where he saw his Uncle [..] (that is
Gilbert Lawrence) pay Mr Wright the Coroner
in the Fleet Prison, which this Examinant
beleives to be the sum of three pounds but this
Examinant is possitive that neither Mr Wright
the Coroner; nor any agent for him Ever took
any inquisition or ever came near the parish of
Ruislip , and this Examinant further saith not
