Settlement And upon hearing of what was alledged by Councel for the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Kensington
and also by Councel for the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Cooksom This Court doth disallow of the said Appeal
and doth ratify and confirm the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the Peace and the same
is hereby ratified and confirmed accordingly.
