Samuel Richards< no role > of Isleworth in the County
of Middlesex Practices in Physick Maketh Oath
that He this Depont hath Attended Thomas Cue< no role >
of Isleworth in the County of Middx Gent who has
been for almost a Month last past and now is ill
of a violent Fever and this Depont further saith
that he has seen the said Thomas Cue< no role > at his
Lodgings in Red Lyon Street in Holborn this
Morning and that the said Thomas Cue< no role > was then
in bed & very illin bedof the said Fever and in a faint
Sweet & very weak Condition occasioned by the
said Fever as this Depont believes And this
Depont further saith that the said Thomas Cue< no role >
would run great hazard of increasing his Fever
and of loosing his Life if he was to be takenout
or was to come out of his Bed to surrender
Himself at this Time to take his Tryal at
the Old Baily

Sworn at the old Baily the 22 day of
Feby . 1753
