an Order made by this Court on the said twentieth day of February instant Ordered that the said
John Tudway< no role > should have forthwith Notice of the said Petition and that he and all Persons
concerned should attend this Court on this present Friday the twenty third day of February instant
at ten of the Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination of this
Court touching the matters contained in the said Petition, the aforesaid Session being now on the
same day holden by adjournment for the said County of Middx, Now upon hearing of what was
alledged by the said John Edleston the Petitioner and his Councel and also by the said John Tudway< no role > and his Councel This Court by consent of the
said John Tudway< no role > and his Councel doth Order that the said John Edleston< no role > be and he is hereby
absolutely discharged of and from his Apprenticehood to the said John Tudway< no role > In Testimony whereof
we four of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx (one of us being of the
Quorum) present at the said Session and at the making the said Order of Discharge have hereunto
set our Hands and Seals the said twenty third day of February in the said twenty sixth year of
the Reign of our said Sovereign Lord King George the second.
