County aforesaid and also to hear & determine divers felonys trepasses & other
misdeeds committed in the same County.
Whereas the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St. Mary
Guildford
in the County of Surry
have exhibited their humble petition and
appeal unto this Court Setting forth That by a Pass warrant dated the tenth day of
August last

Justices of the peace
for the City of
Westminster
in the County of Middx

therein said to be a Rogue & Vagabond with Mary< no role >
his wife
were
past as Vagrants from the
parish of St. Margaret
in the said City of westminster
to the said parish of St. Mary Guildford
as the place of their last legal setttlement,
And that the Petitioners apprehending themselves aggreived by the said Pass
humbly appeal to this Court against the same, Whereupon at the request of the
Petitioners It is Ordered by this Court that the benefit of the said appeal be saved
unto them and that the hearing & determining thereof be and the same is
hereby adjourned untill the next General Quarter Session of the peace to be
holden for the said County of Middx, And that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Margaret (upon notice of this Order)
and all persons concerned do attend the Court of the said next General Quarter
Session of the peace to be holden for the said County of Middx by adjornment
on Tuesday the fifteenth day of October next at ten of the clock in the forenoon
to hear & abide the Judgment and determination of the same Court touching
the said appeal,
