At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in and for the County
of Middlesex on Monday the Ninth day of September in the Twenty fifth
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great
Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court That the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Chelsea have Notice of this Appeal and that they
and all Parties concerned do attend this Court on Fridaynext at ten
of the Clock in the Forenoon of the same Day to hear and abide the Judgment
and Determination of this Court touching the said Appeal
