Take Notice that I will appear at the next General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden by Adjournment at Hicks's Hall
in saint John Street in and for the County of Middlesex on
wednesday next the sixteenth Day of this Instant at ten of
the Clock in the forenoon of the same Day and then and there
try my Traverse to the Indictment preferred against me
for an assault dated the ninth Day of October 1751.
