To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their
General Quarter Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St James
within the Liberty of Westmr in the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or
Order of Removal Under the hands and Seals
of Thomas Blencows< no role > and William Ashby< no role > Esqrs .
Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex bearing date the 30th day of
May 1751 (one whereof being of the Quorum) Jane< no role >
the wife of Thomas Southall< no role > ) as there in Called and
Named) was Removed from the Parish of Harlington
in the said County to the said Parish of St James
as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the
said Thomas Southall< no role > and Jane his wife Whereby
Your Petitioners think themselves Aggrieved and
Appeal to this Court against the same

Therefore humbly Prays this Court
will Appoint a time for hearing
and Determining the said Appeal
and that all Persons Concerned May
then Attend

And your Petrs. shall ever Pray Etc
