saith that upon some Words passing between

a Quarrell Arese between than thereupon
And this Deponent did then and there see the said

Strike the said John Arch with a Stick four or five times but in
what place he hit him this deponent Cannot say, but at last the
said John Arch returned some Blows to the said

Stabb'd the said John Arch
with a knife that he drewout of his pocket And when he this
deponent saw the knife in the said John Bamfords hands he
endeavoured to part them and more saith not
