The Humble Petition and Appeale of
Thomas Delf< no role >

Sheweth


That Yor Petr: was Committed a Prisoner to Clerkenwell
Bridewell By Vertue of a warrant or Mittimas under
the Hand & Seal of George Garratt< no role > Esqr : one of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex bearing Date 11: February 1750: By which
Said Warrant or Mittimns Yor Petr: was charged
on the Oath of John Sollis< no role > for being a Rogue and
Vagabond using Subtle Craft and Pretending to the
Fortunes and by Such pretend deceiving & imposing
upon the Said John Sollins< no role > And Unlawfull
obtaining from him one Shilling Contrary to
the Statute Etc

That Yer Petr humbly apprehands he
is agrieved by the Sd. Warrant on
Mittimus and therefore humbly
appeals against the Same and Prays
that this Court will be Pleased to Order
a certain Day for the hearing Ye Sd. appeale
And that all Parties Concerned, May then
attend the hearing & Determination
there of
