County of Middlesex Glover Maketh Oath That on Saturday
last being the 23d. day of this Instant February He this
Deponent Delivered a true Copy of the Notice in Writing
hereto Annexed unto Mr. James Barwick< no role > who Acts as
Attorney or Agent for the Prosecutor in the abovementioned
Prosecution As he the Said Mr. Barwick then Informed
This Depont. And also that the Said Prosecutor Joseph
Buckley< no role > is absconded and hath left his Habitation
And that he the Said Mr. Barwick did not know nor
could Direct this Deponent where to Find him the Said
Joseph Buckley< no role > the abovesaid Prosecutor
